Tolerance of those of Different Faiths and Beliefs
Show empathy and understanding of others
Assemblies are regularly planned to promote understanding through stories and marking celebrations from a variety of faiths and cultures.
Members of different faiths and religions are invited to share their knowledge to enhance learning across the school.
Through provision in Religious Education children learn about a range of beliefs and cultures.
Children visit places of worship and learn why these are important to different faith communities.
We seek to enhance further tolerance and harmony between different cultural traditions by enabling pupils to acquire an appreciation for and a respect for their own and other cultures.
