Rules and laws govern and protect us

• Children are taught the value and reasons behind rules and laws, how they govern and protect us.

• They learn that rules govern the class, the school and the country.

• They are taught about the consequences of what happens when these laws are broken.

• We establish class charters

• We follow our behaviour code:   Ready, Respectful, Safe
