It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Brushwood Junior School. We hope you find the website informative and that it provides an insight into life at our school.

As a school, we strive to develop a passion for life long learning. This is achieved through our exciting and engaging curriculum; providing access to a wide range of extra-curricular activities; and the support of a caring and skilled staff team who inspire children along their educational journey.

We are proud of our holistic and inclusive approach to learning, along with our commitment to promoting positive emotional well-being and mental health. We strive to enable children to reach their full potential personally, emotionally, socially and academically. 

Brushwood is set in spacious grounds with excellent facilities for learning both inside and outside the classroom. We believe that children learn best if they are happy, valued and feeling secure. To achieve this we work in close partnership with parents and value the role they contribute to our wider school community. 

The children, staff and Governors are very proud to be members of our school community and would love to welcome your family to our school. We hope that you will enjoy many happy, stimulating and memorable years at Brushwood.
