• Assemblies are regularly planned to promote understanding through stories and marking celebrations from a variety of faiths and cultures.

• Members of different faiths and religions are invited to share their knowledge to enhance learning across the school.

• Through provision in Religious Education children learn about a range of beliefs and cultures.

• Children visit places of worship and learn why these are important to different faith communities.

• We seek to enhance further tolerance and harmony between different cultural traditions by enabling pupils to acquire an appreciation for and a respect for their own and other cultures.
